I'm obsessed with The Sims, and I always have been. The whole concept is just the cutest !!! Having a bunch of little pocket people you can tend to is honestly the sweetest thing. It's like having houseplants with the same human curse as you. So I guess it's like having little robot children. It's as close as I can get 2 being a guardian angel. :3

When I was a weird kid with nothing to do, I'd watch the Sims 4 trailer over n over. Once I got the game in that little free sale years later, I'd just keep watching that damn trailer !! Sounds totally creepy, right ? 0_o But I think I've just always been mesmerized by the concept of the sims more than the actual game !! So much so that the song in the trailer, "The Walker" by Fitz and The Tantrums, became this weirdly alluring song that middle school me would obsessively play on repeat while riding the bus every morning. I fucking love the sims, dude. Wish it was a liquid I could drink....

Even before that though (ancient times !!!) My family had Mysims Kingdom for the Wii. Has there ever been more love in a series than Mysims... The answer is absolutely. Mysims as a game is a dysfunctional disaster. But oh my god, it's so silly and the characters are SO cute !! The music !! There's a lot of love from the artists at least, and that's what really makes the MySims series so cute n special. I once saw this joke about the "law of autism" being that no really niche fictional character lacks a weirdly obsessive fan n I was like lol not me though........ anyway here's some of my evil fanart of Buddy from Mysims Kingdom.
